At we are doing everything we can to reduce the possibility of someone ordering a product in a size that does not fit.

That's why we have applied the world-first measurement method, where for each product code separately, we measure its basic dimensions, so that you can compare it with some of your own clothes and be sure that you are ordering the right size!

If, nevertheless, the product does not fit you as you would like or does not satisfy you, you have the right to return it within 15 days, without removing the labels and using the packaging in which it was sent, after first contacting us either by phone at 2310839917 from 10:00am to 4:00pm, or by email:

You have the possibility to replace the product with another one of your choice, also if you do not wish to replace the product immediately, we can credit your account with the value of the returned item and use it for your future purchase. If, however, you are not satisfied with any of the above methods, then we will refund the value of the product.

If the return is made in a time longer than 15 days, or if the labels and tags of the product have been removed, or if it is obvious that the product has been worn, our company has the right to refuse the return or replacement.

Returns on underwear are not accepted under any circumstances, for hygiene and consumer protection reasons.

    The cost of returning a product is €5.00 nationwide (outside Greece is calculated after consultation with the courier), while the cost of reshipping is borne entirely by the company “KING SIZE SOUFLERIS”, for as many times as needed.


    All of the above applies to the return policy with the only difference being that the company fully assumes the cost of replacing (returning and reshipping) the product.
